Looks: 5 starsFunctionality: 1 starLights look great, but brightness of bulbs and or lenses, not so great. Light beam is yellow. I had hoped for more of a white and stronger beam of light than my old, glazed over lenses provided. I’m nervous based on other reviews, when the time comes to replace a bulb. I paid a mechanic to install the lights and it took him about 45 min to do so. One light does seem dimmer than the other, but I’m stuck with them now. Not sending back to China. When bulb goes out, I’ll update my post on how it goes replacing it.*Update:After 8 days, a bulb burned out on my left headlight. I chose to have my mechanic replace it and the bulb in the right headlight at the same time. I used standard, Autozone replacement bulbs and Wow! What a difference! My headlights now beam a solid, super bright light! I am so thrilled because I assumed the bulbs the headlights came with were not the issue. I recommend replacing them as soon as your new headlights arrive and avoid the whole ordeal I just went through. The factory bulbs are actually “test” bulbs. Wish they warned of this as a courtesy on Amazon.Bulbs installed easier than they did on the VW OEM headlight by the way. I had my mechanic do the initial bulb change in case there were problems, based on some complaints from other Amazon reviews.Updated star review is now 4 stars.Last two photos reflect the headlights with the new replacement bulbs installed.Update: I replaced the high beam bulbs today.High beams are now incredibly bright, too. I am very very pleased now with the performance of these headlights!
